I’m going to be in Minnesota the rest of the weekend catching up with relatives and buddies, plus doing the complete Easter brunch thing. As a kid, Easter used to be among my favorite vacations. Probably because I loved all the delicious chocolate bunnies and nice things. I believe my Mother got me an Easter container every year until I was about 16… until the calendar year she didn’t and I threw an entire fit. As in, I literally searched the entire home searching for my Easter basket because I thought she was kidding when she said she didn’t get me one.
