I’ve been getting back to vinyassa yoga lately. Most of the time I do yoga exercises sculpt classes with weights, but recently I’ve needed some deep extending and some major stress comfort. The mind-body connection that yoga brings me is definitely often times my personal favorite part of the class; I’m more self-aware, compassionate, and thoughtful with each class.
