I’ve been getting back to vinyassa yoga lately. Most of the time I do yoga exercises sculpt classes with weights, but recently I’ve needed some deep extending and some major stress comfort. It’s been incredibly warm in Minnesota so I’ve been wanting to workout outside whenever you can. Yesterday I biked 15 miles; my hip and legs are feeling just a little tired today! I find that drinking a whole load of water helps with all the pains. That and a huge spoonful of peanut butter. Hehe.
